ULTRA STRIP
A heavy duty, non-ammoniated finish and wax remover that strips acrylics, polymers and waxes. Ultra Strip quickly dissolves finish and wax build-up allowing easy pick up with no need to rinse. Saves time, labor and money. For normal stripping dilute 1:20.
POWER KLEEN
A powerful ammoniated floor stripper. It will remove the heaviest wax and polymer finishes from floors, tile and kickboards. A heavy duty cleaner that will penetrate oil and grease.
FLOOR SEAL
A metal cross link acrylic seal that will not wash off. Can be used to touch up worn traffic lanes, no need to reseal the entire floor. Floor Seal levels floor surfaces to enhance overall floor finish performance.
ULTRA GLOSS FLOOR FINISH
A high gloss, slip resistant floor finish that is selfpolishing. Ultra gloss stands up well under heavy traffic and has good water spotting resistance. Responds well to spray buffing which allows for extended periods between applications. Non-volatile solids: 18%
SUPER GLOSS FLOOR FINISH
Formulated using the newest technology in acrylic polymers. When used as directed, Super Gloss will provide a brilliant “wet look” shine that is exceptionally long wearing and resists powdering. When burnished, Super Gloss will provide a highly durable slip and scuff resistant finish. Nonvolatile solids: 22%
MEGA GLOSS
Mega Gloss is formulated using the newest technology in plasticizers and poly emulsions. Use as directed, Mega Gloss will provide a brilliant shine that is exceptionally long wearing and resists powdering. Mega Gloss contains 25% solids and when burnished with high-speed (1500rpm or greater) will provide a highly durable slip/scuff resistant finish.
SHEEN
A scientific dust control application for lustrous floors. For use on linoleum, terrazzo, rubber and asphalt tile, cork and finished or unfinished wood floors.
FLOOR RESTORE
Floor Restore is a high-speed cleaner/maintainer for automatic or mop-on use. Floors maintained with Floor Restore can be spray buffed or high-speed burnished. Floor Restore repairs scuffing, scratching, while leaving a burnishable micro-layer that burnishes to a brilliant gloss. Eliminates buildup, saving time and labor. Economical: 2 oz. per gallon for daily maintenance.
GROUT & TILE CLEANER
GTC is an excellent heavy duty cleaner. The best solution for cleaning and whitening of concrete floors, docks, entrance areas, tile and grout. Removes grease, rubber deposits, and dirt from floors and tile. Easy to use - economical - doesn’t streak - leaves no film. Makes cleaning an easy task!
NEUTRAL FLOOR
Quick cleaning action requiring no hard scrubbing. A water-based formula pleasantly scented with the natural cleaning and degreasing properties of D-Limonene. With a neutral pH of 7.5, it will not harm finish.
WATERLESS FLOOR CLEANER
Effective wood floor cleaner. For use on sealed or unsealed floors – gymnasiums, handball courts, squash courts, etc. Excellent for removing rubber burns and stains from highly polished floors. May also be used for spot cleaning of scuff marks, stubborn stains, and black heel marks without dulling gloss.
STEAM GLO
An extraction machine rug cleaner that contains a unique blend of surface active agents and optical brighteners. Steam Glo quickly and easily emulsifies oils and greases. Softens hard water and provides colloidal suspension of soil particles. Economical – 1 oz per gallon of water for
normal soil.
RUG SHAMPOO CONCENTRATE
An economical liquid rug shampoo that can be diluted as much as 1 part shampoo to 15 parts water. It is formulated to give a dry foam that is safe for all carpets. Dries to a non-tacky powder that can be picked up with a regular vacuum. Rugs are completely renewed!
